star article might have caused the dip..not to worry..just pump and dumpers doin some milking. as for jonathan.... it was at least 10 yrs ago that i read an article that wpt had developed a technology that would reduce fuel consumption of regular DIESEL FUEL engines by 95%. i think it was related to higher pressures in the squeeze and boom cycles. national paper..globe or post. is this still on the shelf? what effect has the stepping down of demers from the clne board had on wpt? good work shakey..stay long...the tide cant be stopped!
