Bonuses - on the face of it...absolutely appears excessive. I'd prefer if disclosure was given in these situations regarding the circumstances under which the bonus was deemed just reward. Even better - the shareholders vote on whether they believe it appropriate.

Cause...I'm all for it if it is justified. Transparency = trust.
