50,500 shares as insider shares are insignificant ie. $25,000 and could be someone adding to their portfolio as an investment. Unfortunately, I'm not an insider nor do I have $25,000 that I want to put at risk right now.

Now if the buy were 5 million shares, I'd sit up and look. Otherwise, we sit in the doldrums.

I hold approx. 5,000 of the warrants which just had their date extended. Do I believe that by Nov, 2012 the share price will increase $1.00? I am looking forward to another extention at best. They could consider a revaluation to $.65 from the present $1.50. In the present timeframe, I's feel more comfortable with this. Something ($'s) is better than nothing.
