Should be interesting to see if the market picks up next week after the Manitoba convention.... Would be nice to see that vote of confidence come in as it is on SKP with investors picking up stock out of the market....

Managment has to decide if they are going to be a perpetual wholesaler or in a retail market. Timing is right for the push into retail... not another placement which just increases overhang...

What happens with these constant placements.... and happened with SGR for several years.... is that investors get on the wholesale treadmill.... it is only recently since SGR stopped doing PP that the stock has moved into new territory.

There are some 20 million wts that will bring in $3.5 million if exercised.... another placement simply reduces the chances of those wts being exercised and holds a much larger wt position over the market untill they expire.... Little is accomplish from an investors standpoint untill there is significant moves in the stock price.... Then everyone benifits.. the investor and the company.

Focus on driving shareholder value.... we can then execise and provide the cash instead of another placement..

Promote rather than dilute!

This is the opportunity the conference will provide.
