Just throwing an idea here ... I'm not a lawyer ...

Have any of you guys ever thought of getting a portion of your money back for this scam? I'm sure you could get a lot of proof from the Exchange itself for this mess.

You might not get much in return but it would sure put the culprits in a bind ... revenge is better served cold ... LOL

PS: Is there a statute of limitation that applies here? If so, then maybe Foley is trying to time you guys out.
