Rumours of further land acquistions around BH started to surface some time ago. This NR confirms those.

I do believe that Dr Smith has "found" something of value - otherwise why make the acquisition. If issuing of Wits shares was the method of payment, then this is a "good" use of those shares IMHO. I need to stress that if indeed this was the case, it has not been reported so it's conjecture on my part. But plausible conjecture - No?

Some time ago Susayre disclosed on Yahoo BB that some existing mineral rights/laws in Colorado that basically stated that mineral veins could be followed from where the veins shows up at surface, down & thru other properties - but the owner of mineral veins belonged to whoever owed the land at the surfacing.
