No longer is the individual stance/perception of a shareholder a lone cry in the void in the face of a shareholder whos share position exerts dominance over them.

This is an excellent platform for shareholders to voice and act on a situation where they may have felt inneffective in the past. This allows all the smaller shareholders to band,communicate and act to effectively push their collective share weight in the best direction for the company, and not a board of directors politicizing their own best interests.
Everyone has a voice and deserves to be heard based on the value of their knowledge; not self interest, which appears to be the case for Carl Icahn.
