On the other hand it has pleased a few. Some are calling for a poor earnings report tomorrow and the price to diminish further. I think results will be better than expected.

My point of view is that Icahn is not the only piece to this puzzle; he is enough to raise some dust. I think a key role in this deal will be played by Steve Ballmer
