Tungsten prices up

Tungsten prices up - spot ferro-tungsten was indicated at $34.50/35.50 a kilo, up around $0.25 from its lows of last week. It is still below the 2008 highs of $41.00.

This increase has been due to demand push from buyers returning after holidays in August.
