China Moly to further increase production through acquisition

The demand for metals in alloying is expected to increase as per Chinese demand growth targets. China Moly had the following to say recently regarding their growth plans

China Molybdenum is also seeking acquisitions of rare and precious metal resources in territories including Inner Mongolia, Canada and Australia, Wu said, without giving details. The company also plans to increase tungsten production, he said.

Chinese demand is the key driver for the world economic growth. In return the metal prices remains high. With Olympics over the future direction will be clearer after the US elections.
