it's not that I personally do not believe that they wont secure the financing. 10Million shares is a tremendous amount of shares being issued that wont go towards the company being able to use to generate revenue in any significant manner.

It changes nothing. The company will have to re-finance soon and dilute more.

A viscious cycle unless a majot turn of events occurs for the company
