Yankee Hat Minerals Ltd. ("Yankee Hat" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:KHT) Further to the Company's news release of March 11, 2009, we are pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted filing for a shares for debt transaction. The Company has issued 6,812,000 common shares to extinguish $340,600 of debt.
Following this debt settlement Yankee Hat will have 77,354,538 common shares issued and outstanding.
