This grant application is titled:

Synthesis of Graphene Quantum Dots with Blue and Red Emissions from Albany Graphite

and was received October 31st 2019.

Our lead researcher on this is also Dr. Mohammad Arjmand, a Canada Research Chair (Tier 2)
