The problem isn't the car or ontario. the problem is the road system in Canada as drivers are legally oblidged to drive at certain speeds which the ZENN cannot reach....yet!

They would be the perfect vehicle for parking enforcement however and the provincial government should look into this. Not only are you saving thousands on the cars price but you are also saving millions from the gas burden!!!

Only possible setback I can think of is a blackout...
