I agree with you Zino. Listing on the TSX would be good for the share price. However listing on the NASDAQ or other American Exchange, I believe would really open things up for ZENN.

I can invest in ZENN now under the symbol ZNNMF, but have not done so, because I do not understand how this works or even if it is legal. When I spoke to ZENN's IR person a few weeks ago, she said she didn't know what these shares were and didn't think they were ZENN shares at all! This really put the brakes on my investment plans.

I want to own shares, (many shares) of ZENN before the EEStor Ultracapacitor is delivered to ZENN. I also am looking into buying a ZENN now, with the hope the EEStor will make it a 40 mph vehicle when the conversion kit becomes available.

There is a local ZENN dealership in my town, and the salesman stated he was expecting the EEStor system to become available in June, or right now. I know ZENN says it won't be out until Q4 of this year, if then, but one can always hope. I intend to call him today and ask, "is it here yet!" LOL!

My big questions today, however, are: How can an American investor buy ZENN shares? (really and safely) and when the EEStor Cap conversion makes the LSV into a highway capable vehicle, does the conversion include modifications to make the LSV into a highway safe vehicle?

By way of explination, the local salesman told me the converson would cost $2,000.00 If so, I consider it a wash as the Advertising Incentive program offers a $3000.00 discount on the LSV now.

Does anyone here have answers for me?
