rising_market: I am not sure why the Zenn "IR person" told you that she wasn't sure if the ZNNMF.PK share were legal or if they were actually shares in Zenn Motor Company. There is a full discussion of this on the Yahoo! Finance message board for ZNNMF.PK. It boils down to the fact that US investors can go through their brokerage in the US and purchase pink sheet shares of Zenn Motor Company by using the symbol: ZNNMF. You do not include the PK portion of the symbol when ordering the stock. I have purchased several thousand shares that way through OptionsXpress and I know you can do the same thing through Ameritrade. Why don't you do the logical thing and call your brokerage account customer representative and talk to them directly about it so that you can get the assurance that ZNNMF.PK actually meets your needs. You will probably not be able to get an up to the minute quote or even a 15 minute delayed quote on ZNNMF.PK directly on your computer. Most likely you will have to phone in to your brockerage customer assistance line and talk directly with a sales person who will check with the floor trader while you are on the phone to give you the most current price. The ZNNMF.PK pink sheet price is less than the "V" price quoted on the Toronto exchange secondarily to the currency difference. There is a good review of this whole thing on the Yahoo! Finance ZNNMF.PK message board and a lot of other information there you will not see on this board. Iam not trashing this board, far from it! Agoracom is a wonderful source of information and I really enjoy reading the posts here. Unfortunately, the Yahoo! Finance message board does not have the excellent spam filters and poster review system that Agoracom.com has. Agoracom is a much cleaner site and much better managed, but there is still a lot of good info on the Yahoo! Finance ZNNMF.PK message board if you can sift through the garbage. Another option for information on ZNNMF.PK is to Google: Ask and then search on Ask for: What is the difference between ZNNMF.PK and the (Canadian symbol). It will give you the best reply to that question on the Yahoo! help service ( Sorry, can't remember it's name). Hope this helps. Bill
