http://theeestory.com/files/dossier_uk.pdf Take a look at what Microcar is doing in France with the PHET Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery as a power source for the French Microcar. The Microcar is the "Glider" that Zenn Motor Company imports from France and uses in Canada to make its LSV electrric car: the ZENN. There is no question now that the ZENN can do very nicely with an alternate power source instead of the mystical (mythical?) EESU. The question is: Will the PHET battery be the power source of the CityZENN? Are we seeing an end to the ZENN?EEStor soap opera? Bill
PS..I just glanced at the technical numbers for the PHET battery options, but if I remember the numbers from Electrovaya for its Lithium MN Super Polymer battery, doesn't the Electrovaya have better numbers? Maybe someone could do a side by side comparison. Seems like the Electrovaya battery was to be in the range of over 50 KWh. I could be wrong, way wrong...will have to research.
