OK ..Tax loss almost all but over for the year ...It is time to move on and up in 2010....It is time to understand that this ZN has now become the flagship company. Given that it is the leanest and mostly tightly held share structure and has the great discovery in the MICHELLE property, not to mention the most strategic land holdings in the hottest area play in Canada,(TIMMINS). This stock has now got to be given the attention it so rightly deserves. Yes it is time to let the world know about what you have. I will take the time and list the steps to success in 2010. Then the rest of the companies can ride it's coattails to the promised land.

1) Become an official Agoracom client so you will get the news out to people and be listed on their home page.

2) Update the Website ..ASAP....Information and detailed maps on he Michelle and Timmins area...........Not a message ...coming soon and leave it for 6 months.......

3) Advertise E.G . Northern Miner and others.......

4) Smartstox interview ...lengthly one with update explaining the potential of the Michelle property and the great land position in TIMMINS...Interview Richard Hughes and John KEATING ..others need not speak.....

5) No more full warrants handed out like candy.....we are in a bull market in the metals time to do some financings that reward shareholders that have stuck with you and move the stock up first.

6) STRATEGIC AND TIMELY NEWS RELEASES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
