I couldn't find anything about this group but found a lot of information for Joe C. Dwek, an interesting and busy fellow. I read one article where he repackaged some shares into what seems to be some type of unit trust (my words) and was able to roll the unit over for a profit to the holders. I found where he participated in many private placements, so he has access to money or risk taking investors. On another Hughest hub I asked if anyone knew of the group but no one responded.
