• Leverage the company's in-country expertise with particular emphasis toward the frontier regions of the Russian Far East and Siberia
• To rapidly advance exploration programs at the company’s five recently acquired Russian gold properties
• To bring in an experienced technical team with a proven track record of moving advanced exploration projects through to production
• Continue to acquire and find ounces at a cost well below industry norm
• To divest non-Russian assets and to obtain a dual listing in Moscow
