Statement of Claim filed by former President

CALGARY, Oct. 29 /CNW/ - AeroMechanical Services Ltd. ("AMA") advises
that Darryl Jacobs, the former President of AMA, has commenced legal action
against AMA alleging that on or about August 5, 2008, his employment with AMA
was wrongfully terminated without just cause and without notice. In the
Statement of Claim, Mr. Jacobs is claiming damages against AMA in the amount
of $242,000.00 and further, or in the alternative, the amount of $300,000.00,
plus other relief. AMA will be issuing responding pleadings in due course. The
allegations have not been proven and the matter is pending before the Alberta
Court of Queen's Bench.
