The other comment that gets thrown out is in regards to ROI. I have yet to find where a number was published stating what the ROI is or even what it is expected to be. What leads you to believe it's so great? Any data to back it up?

Has anybody taken the time to find out what the pricing model is for the sna product, have you made any comparisions to the ama model? The differences were substantial when I did the exercise.
