Hi BL, hope all is well. You've twice now made a comment regarding stock price manipulation on the part of AMS. People that live in glass houses..... I watch for patterns or irregularities in my invests, you might do the same with yours.
If one were to look at your chart in and around the last three financings, it can be observed that the share price had trended to lower/lows with little/no volumes. The volumes then gradually increase as well as the share price, a couple of MOUs get announced, a few additional cents get added to the share price and bam, a private placement gets announced. This pattern appears for the Nov 07, May 08 and again the Nov 08 financings. I didn't bother going back any further. You've made plenty of comments about the AMS share price declining but you seem to ignore the 3 cents your investment declined to only a few short weeks ago. Additionally, have you ever monitored that last trade of the day, the buyer and what happens to the price? It's interesting to follow, also worth the exercise. Hey, I could be reading too much into it so why not compare the share price and news releases yourself and see what conclusions you arrive at.
You made the following statement....."Wow if we said a quarter of the stuff we were working on compared to that stock increase wonderment who knows where our stock would be." That just begs the question to be asked, how would you know what they're working on? Insider?, leaks?, how? Are you familiar with material information? What a company is working on and what it actually delivers are two completely different things. We could also wonder where our share price would be if somebody was running around spreading rumours. Rumours might provide a short term boost but they're damaging if not delivered on. I don't believe that your investment operates that way and I'm confident that mine doesn't either.
Mr.Tempany discussed facts about real clients and programs, to suggest otherwise is completely baseless on your part and frankly a rather desperate accusation. I could see you making a comment if he was claiming, oh let's see, what would be a good example? I know, that AMS would be part of the Fortune 500 within the next couple years, that would really be a ridiculous claim, wouldn't it? Why does that sound so familiar?
I do remain hopeful for you and your investment that they will sign a deal which will benefit the share holders, more importantly, one that they can deliver on this time. In closing, I ask once again that you please refrain from making off the cuff comments. Should you have some factual information you'd like to share I'll be very happy to listen and open minded to your insight.
Good health, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all,
RXG
