Hey cheapseats,

Sorry I hadn't checked back here for a while. I watch the buyers and sellers daily and don't recall anything being out of the ordinary. I think it was TD that purchased the majority of the shares which is fairly normal. For me, I'm actually more curious who the sellers are. The shares from the last PP should be free trading now, I noticed there's a house I've never seen dump 133,000 shares during the last 2 days. Not sure what that means.

When the volumes pick up substantially for a few days, that'll tell us that there's a PP coming out again. They need to raise money, going by their past spending they probably ran out of cash before the end of January. I feel for them, with 108,000,000 outstanding shares and .06$ share price it's going to be really tough to raise money to keep the deal going.

They seem to be expecting some big news from over seas but I'd be really surprised if an airline that's at all interested in investing in the technology would be comfortable with the current financial situation.

As it happened with the last couple of PP's, a big hunk of any money raised will be used to pay off two or three months of operating expenses. It must be tough to get investors to sign up when they realize that a big portion of raised funds is already spent.

A friend introduced me to a web site yesterday, it's interesting to compare the two companies from the TA side.

Here are the links for both companies, as always, green is better.
