They wasted over a year of managements time, apparently $750,000 U.S. of shareholder money, then drop the case because as they stated in their press release, AMS has meager sales and the cost would be higher then the damages. Apparently somebody dropped the ball on that one and forgot to do some fairly basic math.

Oh well, I guess they had to say it was without merit, what else could they say? I see they're going to defend this "vigorously". That sounds so familiar, where have I heard that before?

We're coming up to PP season again, what will see announced?
