Meaty and enlightning as usual, how original. This paragraph alone has some interesting statements

"Utilizing Star’s patented technology, the ISMSTM system has been fully developed, extensively tested in normal commercial aviation settings, and is commercially available." ??????

From the May 14/09 release "It is expected to be market-ready soon," So is it or isn't it commercially available? While referrencing the article from Mr Jeanniot, in which he briefly mentions ;"A small Toronto-based firm StarNav is developing the state-of-the-art system to provide the real-time connection between the aircraft and the ground, said Jeanniot." it's interesting to note that they didn't make mention of Mr. Jenniot's big promo of sna.

I've got more questions, I'll save them for another day, don't forget about STC's.
