RXGCA, now I know what you were referring to when you stated ''the other board''.

Neither do I see anything beneficial for AMS in joining forces with the other entity Star Navagation Systems, afterall in their past long history they have not delivered plus the fact they are still holding a threat of issuing another lawsuit against Aeromechanical not to mention a big factor of the trust issue.

No thank you, I'm certain that AMS don't even think about a merger with Star Navagation Systems there are better opportunities out there than starting a possible internal dispute. Personnaly as a business man I would not touch that in my humble opinion.
