SMTM, concerning a take over in a puplicly traded there is always that possibility more so than a private company. First in line no doubt would be L-3 with 75% of the ''Black Box'' market there are a few others out there but the more likely competitor that holds a good % of the balance, bare in mind I did not search for the exact % is Honeywell & the only other that come's to mind is Teledyne.
