When should we expect to see the 10-K. I have not seen any extensions or amendments on you for an extension of time. I Expect it will come in the very near future, is this true?

Also is there any updated pictures for the new plant and is it on schedule still? I am anxious to see because I believe it will help the company overall in net income and lower overhead cost (property and inventory taxes in Oklahoma are cheaper than those in Arkansas, to my knowledge) which in return helps me, a shareholder.
