MeadWestvaco Chooses VantagePoint Software

VantagePoint Systems, Inc. (TSX-Venture: VPG), a developer of business software for the paperboard printing and packaging industry today announced that MeadWestvaco`s Consumer Packaging Division has chosen to implement the VantagePoint Accelerate(TM) estimating software to optimize their operations.

The unlimited user software license is to be deployed in MeadWestvaco`s consumer packaging plants in both North America and Europe, and will integrate with the company`s corporate SAP system. The contract includes services and support for the initial pilot plant due for live operation in November 2005. Future services may be contracted once the pilot plant is operational.
