GCO Signs Contracts of a Value of more than $1.35 Millions

QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC, Dec 6, 2006 -- Groupe Conseil Omnitech Inc. ("GCO") (TSX VENTURE:GCO) is proud to announce that its Control and Optimization of Processes (COP) business unit has, over the past weeks, signed contracts totalling $1.35 million.

Groupe Isac Inc. has signed an important contract with Tafisa in Lac Megantic to provide engineering, programming and start-up services for the reconstruction of the factory's production line. Isac will act as a sub-contractor for the reputable firm Sandwell of Montreal. This project will be take place until the summer of 2007 and is estimated to be of a value of $1 million. In the last few weeks, Groupe Cadec also signed contracts valued at 350,000 dollars.

"These various contracts demonstrate the confidence showed by GCO's during this financial reorganization period that does not in any way affect the company's employees expertise", declared Philippe Collard, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GCO.
