CHALCHIHUITES PROJECT

• Located on the north edge of the Chalchihuites silver district where historic, high-grade silver, lead and zinc production came from veined manto deposit
• Four concessions total 48.2 hectares
• Initial 4 hole, 524 meter underground drill program commenced September 201
• The Company identified numerous drill targets, one of which is now being drilled at shallow levels from underground, based on the surface and underground mapping and sampling
• The surface and underground mapping and sampling yielded values up to 3,540 g/t silver
• Mineralization is hosted by two parallel, silver, gold, and base metal mineralized shear zones, separated by approximately 100 meters, and hosted by a granodiorite stock in rhyolite dikes and in limestone adjacent to the stocks.
• The shear zones have been traced for 300 meters and 75 meters along strike length.
• Active companies in the area include First Majestic Silver Corp. and Pan American Silver
• Veins, breccias and mantos on Chalchihuites project are similar to those of First Majestic and Pan American Silver
