I found his management bio on the hub (to the left).

Hugh Aird has over 25 years in the investment banking industry having founded Trilon Securities Corporation and serving as Vice Chairman, Merrill Lynch Canada. Hugh has sat on many public company boards of directors including Invesprint Corporation, Royal Lepage, and Trilon Financial. A well known Canadian businessman, Hugh remains very much involved in the not for profit sector, serving as trustee for numerous foundations. Recently, Hugh has been involved in Private Equity ventures using his vast M&A background.
