I was listening to the company's pitchman, steve cook, on the recent interview on agoracom, and was facinated to hear him state that they have established massive "reserves" of Lithium.

Perhaps Agoracom could ask Steve to explain what he means by "reserves"? Are these 43:101 compliant reserves? Are these SEC compliant reserves? What is the criteria used to make the reserve claim?

And while Steve is answering these basic questions, would he please explain to all of us what standard of reserves he talking about? Are these possible, probable, or proved reserves? If he continues to insist that they are reserves, perhaps he could get a qualified person to explain, and provide similar claims in an SEC filing so that the people making these claims could be held accountable.

By the way, what does Judy Baker know about lithium brines? I thought she was a hard rock person?
