This looks good. I know that it dilutes the values of all our shares as there will be more shares out there. This is the best way to get money to get this company off the ground. We have value that has to be tapped. The interest is there. I've been buying at an average price of ten cents a share for over 15 years. I know the risks but I also understand that the rewards could be explosive. Good luck to the newcomers with their money and for us to do well in the future. Mike
