GLTA,

I really don't have an insight into this stock.  All I can say is that it is a thinnly traded stock.  A few thousand shares can push it up or down quickly.  If the stock rises to 40 or 50 cents a share, you won't be able to get that price if you tried to sell it.  What is needed is volume.  Not too many people want to sell.  I think that a lot of it is dormant.  A lot of it is owned by the management and they don't seem to sell.  All this company is doing is selling more shares to get something going.  It does dilute the value for the rest of us but what is the real alternative?  It reminds me of a movie producer that spent 20M for a movie and runs out of money.  He needs another 1/2 Mil to finish the movie.  An angel shows up and wants 1/2 the movie for 1/2 Mil.  The producer has no other offers and is forced to take it.

Get the point.  We are losing  ownership but the upside is that the company is still alive.  The company has managed to consolidate propereties and claims and is ready for some activity.

I would not be surprised if it was not merged with a larger mining company.  I'm not selling as I believe that there is a lot of gold and diamonds still to be plucked.  Gold mining  has not been profitable since gold was under $400 /oz.  I once read that it takes $400 /oz to get it out.  Since we are a double that now, we should be doing fine.  We'll just have to wait and see.  I've been accumalating at an average price of ten cents.  I've been buying since 1992 and have 200,000 shares.  I know that it is not a lot of money but it represents about 10% of my cash stock portfolio.

I'll just hang in there.  Good luck to you if you get in on this.  I can't advice you.  I will buy more at 15c or less.

If volume increases then all bets are off.
