Thank you for your inquiry.

We received the following reply from ASW management:

"Options out are 14,000,000 at 10 and 11 cents. Warrants are ~2,000,000 at 22 and 15 cents expiring Dec 29, 2007 and 2,500,000 at 20 cents expiring April 30, 2008 and 5,000,000 at 20 cents expiring August 11, 2008 and 1,500,000 at 30 cents expiring April 11, 2009. Cash on hand is $500,000”
