Reason for Halt

Dear ASW Investors,

There seems to be some confusion regarding the reason behind yesterday’s halt.

Under NI 43-101 rules any new Mineral Resource Estimate has to be approved by both the BCSC and then IIROC. If, as it is in this case, an extremely positive material change, (a new resource of 250,000 ounces of gold) IIROC temporarily halts the stock so the marketplace can have sufficient time to digest the impact of the news.
