ARGENTUMINVEST will be fully responsible for creating, implementing and executing an online investor relations strategy in Europe.

The terms of the agreement are as follows: Duration - 6 months. Monthly Cash Compensation - 3,500 Euro. Stock Options - 100,000 at $0.14. This agreement has been negotiated entirely at arm's length. ARGENTUMINVEST is located in Straubing, Germany.
