CHICOUTIMI, QUEBEC -(Feb. 6, 2008) - Arianne Resources (TSX VENTURE: DAR)(FRANKFURT: JE9)(OTCBB: DARUF) board of directors approved the grant of a total of 1,200,000 stock options to six directors of the Company. These options were granted at a price of $0.08 and are valid for a period of 5 years.
