NEWS - Arianne Appoints Alain Vachon to the Board of Directors

SAGUENAY, QUEBEC - (Feb. 25, 2008) - The management of Arianne Resources inc. (TSX VENTURE: DAR) (FRANKFURT: JE9) (OTCBB: DARUF) (Arianne) is pleased to announce that Mr. Alain Vachon as been appointed to the Company's board of directors.

Mr. Vachon is a geologist with more than 30 years of experience in the mining industry. He has worked for Exploration Noranda, Barrick and with Rouyn Mining Resources where he was chief geologist of mining operations. During the last 12 years, he worked mainly in Peru with Sulliden, Gold Hawk and Paramount Gold where he acquired a solid experience in low and high sulphidation, skarn and porphyry epithermal deposits and, where he also developed an extensive network of international contacts. His contribution to the Company will be most usefull in the implementation of the gold and silver exploration programs of the El Rey and San Jose Mexican properties. Arianne also grants Mr. Vachon 350,000 stock options of the Company at an exercice price of $0.09, valid for 5 years.

Arianne Resources is a Canadian exploration company with the primary mission to explor, find and develop gold and uranium deposits in Canada and Mexico.
