NEWS - Arianne Completes a $139,500 Financing With SDBJ

CHICOUTIMI, QUEBEC - (May 28, 2008) - Arianne Resources Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:DAR)(FRANKFURT:JE9)(OTCBB:DA... is pleased to announce the completion subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange of its previously announced private placement. The private placement consists of the issuance of 1,550,000 units at a price of $0.09 per unit for gross proceeds to the Company of $139,500. Each unit is comprised of one common share of the Company and one warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable for a period of two years at an exercise price of $0.13. The common shares and the warrants comprising the units are subject to a four month hold period expiring September 29, 2008.

The funds will be principally used for exploration on the Company's James Bay Project, located in the province of Quebec.

About the SDBJ

The Development Act and the municipal organization in the region of James Bay, creating the SDBJ have been adopted by the Quebec National Assembly on July 14, 1971. Its mission is to promote, in a perspective of sustainable development, economic development, enhancement and exploitation of natural resources, other than hydropower resources, on the territory of James Bay.
