The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation with respect to a brokered private placement, announced on Aug. 18, 2008.

Number of shares: 250,000 common shares

Purchase price: six cents per common share

Warrants: 250,000 warrants to purchase 250,000 common shares

Warrant exercise price: 10 cents per share for a 24-month period following the closing of the private placement

Number of hidden placees: two placees

Agent: Northern Securities Inc.

Agent's fees: a cash payment of $1,200 and 25,000 agent options at six cents per unit. Each unit entitles the holder to acquire one common share and one warrant, exercisable at 10 cents per common share, over a 24-month period following the closing of the private placement.
