Regarding the Spin-Off of Arianne’s Mexican Assets, the Aug 21, 2008 press release stated that:

A follow-up press release will then be issued announcing the declaration of a stock dividend and the distribution date for the distribution of the shares of Oroplata Exploration to the shareholders of Arianne.

When can we expect this news?
