Arianne Increases Options Available Under Stock Option Plan

CHICOUTIMI, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - March 3, 2009) - (TSX VENTURE:DAR)(FRANKFURT:JE9)(OTCBB:DA... - Arianne's board of directors approved a modification to the Company's Stock option plan that will increase the number of options available for grants to 10,000,000 or 9.9 % of the Company's outstanding shares. The previous plan permitted the grant of 7,800,000 stock options and the current outstanding number of stock options granted by the Company is close to this limit. This modification is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
