its not as bad as it seems, unless you hold 5000 shares at an average cost of 15 cents. But if you're in the same boat as me (35,000 shares at 11 cents) then this is actually a good move for the company.

A 5 for 1 reverse is not that bad and we all know that DAR has the goods, but needs hard cash to continue operations and prove up the Lac a paul property even further.

I'm optimistic that managment is doing this in order to secure financing and further advance the property for a potential sale to a major, and when that happens the 5 for 1 split will seem all so distant and insignificant.
