Dennis Berguist came into CytoCore when it was virtually bankrupt and out of compliance with the SEC, he was able to raise enough funding to keep the company solvent and at the same time brought it into SEC compliance. His responsibility was in finance , not business development. Further , he worked for a significant amount of time without a salary. Pease notice that Dennis left the company on good terms, in fact the new CFO is an old friend of his and the company is finally developing it's product. Their stock has increased dramatically recently, all due to Mr. Bergquist keeping the company alive for the time period he worked as it's CFO.
