For the last three years the industry experts have been saying "this is the year of mobile"... everyone has been waiting for an explosion of mobile web usage that will supposedly be the 'the next big thing' in a similar manner to how Web 2.0 shook up the web a few years ago.
It's a direct and indirect benefit. AskMeNow was powering ESPN's mobile service "The Answer Guy" in the past. Not sure if they still do but if not they may be able to re-establish that relationship. Indrectly, now that AskMeNow is free and ad supported and users have the option of going to the mobile site m.askmenow.com, I think AskMeNow is well positioned to take advantage of increased mobile web usage.
AskMeNow appear's to be getting some new press lately... http://askmenow.com/media.aspx. Not sure if that has to do with the stock price jump.
