Agreement Expected to Accelerate Adoption of Company's Product Portfolio NORCROSS, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Auriga Laboratories, Inc. (OTCBB: ARGA - News) or "Auriga", a specialty pharmaceutical company with products for the treatment of acute respiratory diseases, dermatological conditions, and Xerostomia, announced today that it has entered into a trade development agreement, under which New Pharmaceutical Strategies (NPS, a division of VCG & Associates), will develop trade development strategies and initiatives focused on enhancing sales of Auriga's product line. Under the two-year agreement, NPS will focus on enhancing sales of Auriga's products by expanding its position in the retail and drug wholesale marketplace. VCG & Associates (VCG) is an independent strategic marketing and contract services provider specializing in working with emerging pharmaceutical, biotech and technology companies providing strategies, tactics and resources related to commercial product launch activities. VCG & Associates fields one of the largest contract National Account teams in the industry providing manufacturers the access to key decision makers in order to help accelerate the selling process to the third party market. NPS provides consulting services and contract resources related to pharmaceutical product distribution and supply chain management.
