RE: NEWS - Non-Flow-Through Private Placement Closed

posted on Jan 23, 04 12:01PM

Wondering if you could clear up something for me:

The news release of Jan 9 says:

The proceeds from the flow-through private placement will be used to fund exploration work on the Company’s Mount Thom, Upper Kemptown and West River Station “IOCG type” copper-gold projects in Nova Scotia.

The news release of Jan 23 says:

The proceeds from this private placement will be used to fund on-going market development work for the Separation Rapids and Warren Township projects as well as working capital to cover administrative expenses and settle outstanding accounts payable.

Are we talking about different funds here or has the use of the proceeds changed from that represented in Jan 9? In particular, I am interested in knowing that the drilling for Mount Thom is proceeding as planned in February. Has this timing been delayed?

Thank you.
